A list of your websites, price points, and all the data associated with them is always available for you in the SegPay Merchant Portal. But what if you want to grab that data and save or share it in different formats? We’re glad you asked! As of today, you can download all of your website and price point info in an Excel file, or a CSV or PDF. Go to My Websites in the Merchant Portal, and when viewing your list of sites or price points, look for the Download link above the table.
The Transaction Detail report now lets you see the type of payment used, and for credit card payments the type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). When running the report, select Advanced Options and choose Card Type and Payment Type.
It’s been about two months since merchants first got a look at SegPay’s new Merchant Portal, your central place to manage everything billing-related from virtually any device, anytime. Occasionally we will use this space to discuss specific features of the portal and address questions we’ve received from merchants. Today’s topic: reviewing, cancelling, refunding transactions and adding notes via the Manage Consumers tool.
We made a few changes to the Merchant Portal this week:
Adjustments was added as a new invoice type, so you can filter the report to only show your invoices that include Adjustments, such as when the credit card association fees were applied to your account:
We made a couple of updates to Transaction reports this morning:
Transaction Detail report: If you add Transaction Source to your report under Advanced Options (see image on right), your transactions are now defined more specifically, as one of the following: Signup, Conversion, Instant Conversion, Delayed Capture, Refund, Void, Chargeback, One-Click or Rebill.
Transaction Summary report: Certain One-Click transactions were not being counted in this report. As of today, this is fixed and all One-Click data is now accurately reflected.

Starting today, you can apply that same wisdom when working in SegPay’s Merchant Portal – by inviting others on your staff to create logins and help you take on the day-to-day task of managing your payments and everything that goes along with it.
Starting today, when you run a Transaction Detail report you can view even more information about each sale that occurred during your selected date range. Specifically, you’ll see the status of each transaction (authorized or declined) and the price point ID associated with the transaction.

Sales by Country Report
This new report, located under Performance Reporting, lets you see which countries your sales came from during any time period. You decide whether country is determined by the customer’s billing information or their IP address at the time of the sale.
